This is the first office lease SK On has signed in Atlanta and will likely support the company’s $4 billion electric vehicle battery manufacturing plant headed for Bartow County.
The transit agency plans to relocate up to 540 employees to four floors within the east tower of Uptown Atlanta. The lease coincides with a major redevelopment of the mixed-use district.
