Atlanta’s New Signia by Hilton Touts Expansive Ballroom
If you’re an event coordinator in search of a really big room, a soon-to-open Atlanta hotel may be for you. The 976-room Signia by Hilton will have more than 100,000 square feet of meeting space. That includes its largest offering, the Triumph Ballroom, which spans 40,000 square feet. The Atlanta Business Journal reports that would make it the largest ballroom in the state. It also has another ballroom, more than 30 breakout rooms, multiple restaurants, and outdoor spaces with views of the Downtown skyline and Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
The Signia, which is estimated to cost nearly $500 million to build, is expected to open in January of 2024. Construction is about 70% complete on the hotel. Rates start at roughly $300 to $400 per night.
